This charming self-service café is nestled on a small hill, providing stunning views over the Kiel Canal and the lush greenery surrounding it. If you're in the mood for an immersive experience that tantalizes your taste buds while connecting you with the land, you've found the right place!

What makes Obstcafé Warleberg truly special is its unique offering of self-harvesting. Imagine indulging in a rich, chocolate cake or savoring a slice of fruity pie while seated beneath the gentle shade of an apple tree. Christine Ang beautifully describes the experience: “Eating under the short apple tree… looking at the greenery while eating the delicious sweet cake and hot tea is really a relaxing moment.” The ambiance is perfect for family outings, with an inflatable jumper for kids and plenty of open space to run around, as noted by Tobias S.

It is very charming. There is a lot of crops (I mean fruits and flowers like sunflower, strawberry, cheery, apple, etc) And you can harvest by yourself. After you done you just need to weight that and pay it. It is not expensive and the crops are fresh, of course (:

Caffè on the greenhill near river. Open from 13 till 18 o'clock, From May 1st till October 3rd. Here you can enjoy different cakes made of fruits grown locally right here. We enjoy going with our kids and harvest ourselves: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, johannesberry, sourcherry and apples.
